The most thorough package we offer, built for owners who want the best possible finish and the longest protection available. Paintwork is properly corrected rather than lightly polished, then sealed with the TCW 7 Year Pro coating for extended durability. If you're planning long-term ownership, the coating can be upgraded at booking to TCW 9 Year Elite (+£150) or our dual-layer Elite Lifetime system (+£300).

As a TCW Approved Installer, we offer the full coating range from three years to lifetime protection. Every coating is applied to the same standard, following the same preparation process — the difference is how long the protection is warranted for.

Quoted durability refers to typical performance under recommended maintenance conditions and is not a guarantee of appearance or wear. Preparation quality, environmental exposure, mileage and washing methods all affect longevity.
Not Every Car Needs a Package
Packages exist because most vehicles benefit from cleaning, correction and protection being carried out together — but plenty of jobs don't need all three. If you already know what your car needs, these services can be booked on their own.
Valeting and regular upkeep
For cars that simply need to be clean rather than corrected, our valeting range runs from a Safe Car Wash (from £25) through to Interior Deep Clean and Exterior Deep Clean (each from £90). Top Up Detail (from £65) keeps things looking sharp between fuller visits, and Bike Refresh (£95) offers the same care for two wheels.
Paint correction and machine polishing
If your paintwork has picked up swirl marks, wash marring or light scratches and you'd rather not commit to a full detail, paint correction can be booked as a standalone service. It's a popular choice ahead of a private sale, or where previous poor polishing needs putting right.
Ceramic coating on its own
Want the protection without the interior work? Our standalone Ceramic Coating service starts from £395 and includes the TCW 3 Year Slick coating, with the same upgrade path through to Elite Lifetime. Preparation is identical to our packages — the coating is only ever applied to properly refined paintwork.

What's the difference between valeting and detailing?
Valeting typically refers to a thorough clean — interior and exterior — without paint correction or long-term protection. Detailing goes further, addressing paintwork condition and, where relevant, applying professional protection like ceramic coating. All TidyRide packages are structured as full detailing services, built on proper preparation rather than a quick valet.
Can I upgrade to a higher package later?
Yes. Many customers start with Essential Fresh or Showroom Detail and move up to Premium Protect or Ultimate Shield once they're ready for long-term protection. Ceramic coating still requires proper paint preparation regardless of when it's applied, so upgrading later doesn't put you at a disadvantage.
How long does each package take?
Essential Fresh and Showroom Detail are typically completed within a day. Premium Protect and Ultimate Shield include ceramic coating and correction work, so they usually require a longer studio booking to allow for proper preparation and curing. Exact timing is confirmed at booking based on your vehicle's condition.
Which package is best for a new car?
Most new car owners choose Premium Protect, which is structured around new vehicle preparation before ceramic coating is applied.
Do I need paint correction, or can I go straight to ceramic coating?
It depends on your paint's current condition. Essential Fresh and Showroom Detail don't include correction, Premium Protect includes an enhancement machine polish as standard, and Ultimate Shield includes full multi-stage correction for vehicles with more significant swirl marks or defects. If you're unsure, we assess this before recommending any package.
Can I book ceramic coating without a full package?
Yes. Our standalone Ceramic Coating service starts from £395 and covers paint protection only, with no interior work included. It uses the same TCW 3 Year Slick coating as Premium Protect and the same upgrade path, and the preparation process is identical — correction is assessed and carried out where needed before any coating is applied.
Do I have to book a package, or can I book individual services?
Packages are simply the most common combinations, not the only option. Valeting services, paint correction and ceramic coating can all be booked individually if you know exactly what your vehicle needs. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll recommend based on condition rather than price.
A Note on Pricing
All prices start from the small vehicle rate. Pricing is based on vehicle size so that enough studio time is allocated to complete each package to the correct standard — small covers superminis and small hatchbacks, medium covers hatchbacks and saloons, and large covers estates, SUVs and larger saloons. Your size band is confirmed at booking.
